By Visiting The Riya Jewels Website ( Site ), www.riyajewels.com , You Are Accepting And Consenting To Be Bound By The Terms Of Use Provided Here below, As Well As The Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with below terms of use, or any posted guidelines or rules, please do not use this site –
1. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in USD And Indian Rupees
2. Order cancelled if website error or any other reason ( https:// www.riyajewels.com/page/exchange-or-return ) will be informed to customer within 24 - 72 hrs.
3. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
4. Presently, the service(s) of www.riyajewels.com shopping are being offered free of cost for above order’s amount of 1699 INR. However, reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities in Future.
5. The Color/Look of the Jewellery appearing as on the website may slightly differ from the actual product because of the High Resolution Images, Shading and Light Variations.
Exchange Product must be Unused, unworn and undamaged as mentioned in Return Policy (www.riyajewels.com/return-policy ). Return shall only be accepted in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.
7. Refund Duration : The Refund Amount will be transferred to your mentioned Bank Account within 5-7 days.
